Shelley is a film and television editor based in Toronto, Canada. Since graduating from Sheridan College's Advanced Television & Film program in 2011 she has edited films and series in a variety of genres from comedy and drama to experimental art films and documentaries.

She was the first assistant editor on Showtime's "Penny Dreadful", AMC's "Into the Badlands", and Netflix's "Altered Carbon".

She has edited the series "Something Undone" for CBC Gem, "The Hardy Boys" for Hulu, "The Spencer Sisters" for CTV, "SkyMed" for Paramount+, "Geek Girl" for Netflix, “Mistletoe Murders” and “Ripple” for Hallmark+. She is currently working on a Netflix series based on the novel “Finding Her Edge”.

In 2019, Shelley won the Director's Guild of Canada award for Documentary Editing for the feature documentary "Queering the Script" produced by Shaftesbury Inc. In 2025 she won the Canadian Screen Award for Picture Editing of a Children’s or Youth program for the Netflix series “Geek Girl.”

Shelley loves to collaborate with producers, directors and writers to tell meaningful stories to entertain, educate, and inspire audiences.
